Honey Nut Passover Granola

You might find yourself making this delicious Passover granola for breakfast even after the holiday is over.
Servings: 6


  • 4 matzot, crushed
  • 2 cups assorted nuts, chopped
  • ½ cup coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


  • ¾ cup honey
  • ¼ cup oil


  • Combine the matzos, walnuts, coconut flakes and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Preheat the oven to 320-340 °F (160-170 °C).
  • In a small pot, combine the honey and oil and bring to a boil. Pour over the matzo mixture and stir.
  • Transfer to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and spread evenly. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until brown. Mix every 10 minutes to allow even baking.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool off, then transfer to a container.
