These cheesy and super crispy roast potatoes will easily upgrade almost any dinner you'd make.

  • Preheat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  • Pour the oil into a sheet pan lined up with parchment paper, spread it evenly with a brush and add salt and shredded parmesan.
  • Cut the potatoes in half and place the flat side facing down. Brush the potatoes with a little bit of oil and bake for 30 minutes, until the parmesan crusted side is golden.
