Strawberry Whitefish Ceviche

INGREDIENTS
 

  • ½ pound/225 grams sushi-grade raw whitefish (Meagre / white grouper / sea bass / amberjack), cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup strawberries, cut into small cubes
  • 1 teaspoon green chili pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • ` tablespoon sesame oil

Topping:

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Place the ring mold on a serving plate. Add ½ of the ceviche mixture to the mold, sprinkle the toppings, remove the ring and serve.
  • Repeat the same for the second half of the mixture.
