Start your day the right way with this mango and orange juice smoothie that is literally an energy bomb.

EQUIPMENT

  • Cocktail muddler

INGREDIENTS
 

  • 5 ice cubes
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 carrot, peeled and cut into chunks
  • ½ orange, peeled
  • 1 cup frozen mango cubes
  • 2 thin ginger slices
  • 2 tablespoons fresh/frozen berries or currants (leave 1 tablespoon for topping)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
  • Transfer to a glass, top with a tablespoon frozen berries, stick a straw and serve!
