INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup/140 grams
almond flour - 3 tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon/2.5 grams baking powder
- ½ teaspoon/2.5 grams baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup/120 ml oat milk
- 2 peaches, diced into small cubes
- 20 grams walnuts, chopped or ground
- 1 tablespoon your favorite sweetener
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).
