Is cauliflower high carb or low carb?

Cauliflower is notably low in carbs, making it a popular choice for low-carb and keto diets. With just around 5 grams of net carbs per cup when cooked, cauliflower serves as a versatile and nutritious substitute in various dishes, from rice to pizza crust, while helping to maintain a lower carb intake.

Is this cauliflower casserole a main dish or a side dish?

Cauliflower casserole is incredibly flexible, adapting to both main and side dish roles. As a main, its rich flavors and hearty ingredients satisfy vegetarians and comfort food enthusiasts. When served as a side, it complements diverse menus, enhancing holiday feasts or weeknight dinners.
