INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 355F (180C).
Grease the baking dish with oil and arrange the cauliflower, squash, and onion inside.
In a separate bowl, combine the batter ingredients. Pour over the vegetables, sprinkle shredded cheese and bake for about 50 minutes.
