INGREDIENTS
- 1 beetroot, peeled and sliced in a mandoline
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ lime/lemon
- 1 small pinch coarse salt
- ¼ cup balsamic glaze
- 6 goat cheese slices
- ⅓ cup roasted walnuts
- 12 baby beet greens
INSTRUCTIONS
