INGREDIENTS
- 2 5 ounces/140 grams tuna cans, drained
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 small potato, cooked and mashed
- 1 carrot, finely grated
- ½ cup cilantro, chopped
- ½ cup parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- Oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and prepare the patties with your hands.
- Heat a large frying pan with ½” (1 cm) of oil and fry the patties on both sides until they are golden brown, or bake at 355F (180C) for 30 minutes.
