INGREDIENTS
- 7 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (you can use a mandoline slicer)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon smoked garlic / paprika
- ¼ teaspoon ground white / black pepper
- 1 teaspoon rosemary (or any other herb you like), chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 355 °F (180 °C).
- Combine the potatoes, oil and spices in a large bowl.
- Stack the potato slices in the muffin pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until the top starts to brown.
