INGREDIENTS
 

  • 7 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (you can use a mandoline slicer)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon smoked garlic / paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground white / black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary (or any other herb you like), chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 355 °F (180 °C).
  • Combine the potatoes, oil and spices in a large bowl.
  • Stack the potato slices in the muffin pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until the top starts to brown.
