Fish Cigars with Green Tahini Dip

INGREDIENTS
Filling:
Green tahini dip:
- ¾ cup raw tahini
- 1 cup water
- ½ lemon, squeezed
- ½ bunch parsley, chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ ground black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, pressed (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Cigars:
- Fill ½ of your pot with oil
- Mix all the filling ingredients in a bowl.
- Spread a filo sheet on a flat surface, place the filling in a diagonal row and roll to close the sheet (as shown in the video).
- Deep fry for about 2-3 minutes or until the cigars turn golden all around.
- Remove from the pot and place on a baking rack.
Green tahini dip:
- Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a smooth dip.
