INSTRUCTIONS
Cigars:
Fill ½ of your pot with oil
Mix all the filling ingredients in a bowl.
Spread a filo sheet on a flat surface, place the filling in a diagonal row and roll to close the sheet (as shown in the video).
Deep fry for about 2-3 minutes or until the cigars turn golden all around.
Remove from the pot and place on a baking rack.
Green tahini dip:
Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a smooth dip.
