Easy Cheesy Cauliflower Steaks

Crispy cheesy cauliflower steaks for an amazing vegetarian lunch or dinner!

  • Silicone brush


  • 1 large cauliflower
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup parmesan / plant based parmesan, grated
  • 1 cup parmesan / plant based parmesan, shredded
  • ½ bunch cilantro/parsley for garnish, chopped


  • Preheat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C), top and bottom heat setting.
  • Cut the cauliflower into 1” thick slices.
  • Mix the oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder and grated parmesan and brush the cauliflower slices on both sides. Bake until the steaks golden.
  • Remove from the oven, sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top and bake for another 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and nicely browned. Garnish with cilantro.
