INGREDIENTS
- 1ยฝ cups bulgur
- 1 cup black lentils
- 1 onion, cut into half moon slices
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- โ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ยฝ teaspoon garlic powder
Toppings:
- 1 spoonful yogurt
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 lemon sqeeuze
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the bulgur and the lentils according to the preparation instructions on their packages and combine them in a bowl.
- Fry the onion until golden, then add it the bulgur and lentils bowl.
- Add the yogurt and scallions on top and serve.
