INGREDIENTS
 

  • cups bulgur
  • 1 cup black lentils
  • 1 onion, cut into half moon slices
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Toppings:

  • 1 spoonful yogurt
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1 lemon sqeeuze

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cook the bulgur and the lentils according to the preparation instructions on their packages and combine them in a bowl.
  • Fry the onion until golden, then add it the bulgur and lentils bowl.
  • Add the yogurt and scallions on top and serve.
