INGREDIENTS
- 1¼ cup/100 grams spelt flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 heaping tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 banana, mashed
- 2 heaping tablespoon peanut butter + 1 teaspoon for drizzling
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ⅔ cup almond milk (or your favorite plant based milk)
- ¼ cup monk fruit sweetener (sugar free natural sweetener)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 355 ℉ (180 ℃).
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a uniform batter.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
RECIPE NOTES
For the best taste and sweetness, use a ripe banana. It doesn’t have to be brown, buy what’s important is that it’s soft and the peel is starting to get dark spots on it.
