INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 355 ℉ (180 ℃).
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a uniform batter.
Bake for 30 minutes.
RECIPE NOTES
For the best taste and sweetness, use a ripe banana. It doesn't have to be brown, buy what's important is that it's soft and the peel is starting to get dark spots on it.
