INGREDIENTS
 

  • cup/100 grams spelt flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 heaping tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 2 heaping tablespoon peanut butter + 1 teaspoon for drizzling
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • cup almond milk (or your favorite plant based milk)
  • ¼ cup monk fruit sweetener (sugar free natural sweetener)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 355 ℉ (180 ℃).
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a uniform batter.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.

RECIPE NOTES

For the best taste and sweetness, use a ripe banana. It doesn't have to be brown, buy what's important is that it's soft and the peel is starting to get dark spots on it.
