Servings: 36 truffles
- 6”x9” plastic container suitable for freezing
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup raw tahini
- 2½ cups/400 grams dark chocolate/vegan chocolate, melted
- 3-4 tablespoons cacao powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine the raw tahini and melted dark chocolate in a bowl.
- Line a medium size square plastic container (around 6”x9”) with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the container and freeze for 4 hours.
- Take out the chocolate from the freezer and cut it into 4”x4” cubes. Place the cacao powder in a bowl, add the chocolate cubes and coat well using a tablespoon.
