Easy Cheesy Cauliflower Steaks

INGREDIENTS
- 1 large cauliflower
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup parmesan / plant based parmesan, grated
- 1 cup parmesan / plant based parmesan, shredded
- ½ bunch cilantro/parsley for garnish, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C), top and bottom heat setting.
- Cut the cauliflower into 1” thick slices.
- Mix the oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder and grated parmesan and brush the cauliflower slices on both sides. Bake until the steaks golden.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top and bake for another 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and nicely browned. Garnish with cilantro.
