- 1 flat teaspoon salt
- ⅓ teaspoon black pepper

- 1 cup/100 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a pot over medium heat, melt the butter and add olive oil. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 3 minutes.
