Baked Blue Cheese Stuffed Pears

INGREDIENTS
- 3 Red Anjou pears (or any kind you like), halved and seeds removed
- 6 Blue cheese chunks
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 thyme sprigs
- ¼ cup raw walnuts, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 355 °F (180 °C).
- Arrange the pear halves in a deep baking sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Fill with blue cheese chunks, drizzle honey and sprinkle thyme.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese turns golden.
- Remove from the oven and top with chopped walnuts.
