INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 355 °F (180 °C).
Arrange the pear halves in a deep baking sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Fill with blue cheese chunks, drizzle honey and sprinkle thyme.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese turns golden.
Remove from the oven and top with chopped walnuts.
