INGREDIENTS
 

  • 3 Red Anjou pears (or any kind you like), halved and seeds removed
  • 6 Blue cheese chunks
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 thyme sprigs
  • ¼ cup raw walnuts, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 355 °F (180 °C).
  • Arrange the pear halves in a deep baking sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Fill with blue cheese chunks, drizzle honey and sprinkle thyme.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese turns golden.
  • Remove from the oven and top with chopped walnuts.
