- Cocktail muddler
INGREDIENTS
- 5 ice cubes
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 carrot, peeled and cut into chunks
- ½ orange, peeled
- 1 cup frozen mango cubes
- 2 thin ginger slices
- 2 tablespoons fresh/frozen berries or currants (leave 1 tablespoon for topping)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Transfer to a glass, top with a tablespoon frozen berries, stick a straw and serve!
