Beautiful Caprese Salad Bites
These little perfect caprese salad bites just made us drool all over and drop everything we were doing just to make them.

INGREDIENTS
- 8 baby plum tomatoes, with deep cuts to place the cheese slices
- 8 ounces/226 grams fresh mozzarella, cut into little square slices
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ teaspoon coarse salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 8 bush (dwarf) basil leaves, or 4 regular basil leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the mozzarella squares inside the tomato cuts.
- Pour olive oil onto a plate, then sprinkle with salt, pepper and balsamic glaze.
- Put the tomatoes on the plate and add the basil leaves on top of each one.
