INGREDIENTS
- 10 baby gold potatoes, boiled
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- A handful of shredded parmesan
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400 ยฐF (200 ยฐC).
- Pour the oil into a sheet pan lined up with parchment paper, spread it evenly with a brush and add salt and shredded parmesan.
- Cut the potatoes in half and place the flat side facing down. Brush the potatoes with a little bit of oil and bake for 30 minutes, until the parmesan crusted side is golden.
