Strawberry Whitefish Ceviche

INGREDIENTS
- ½ pound/225 grams sushi-grade raw whitefish (Meagre / white grouper / sea bass / amberjack), cut into small cubes
- 1 cup strawberries, cut into small cubes
- 1 teaspoon green chili pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- ` tablespoon sesame oil
Topping:
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Zest from 1 lemon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Place the ring mold on a serving plate. Add ½ of the ceviche mixture to the mold, sprinkle the toppings, remove the ring and serve.
- Repeat the same for the second half of the mixture.
