INGREDIENTS
 

  • 4 matzot, crushed
  • 2 cups assorted nuts, chopped
  • ยฝ cup coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Syrup:

  • ยพ cup honey
  • ยผ cup oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine the matzos, walnuts, coconut flakes and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Preheat the oven to 320-340 ยฐF (160-170 ยฐC).
  • In a small pot, combine the honey and oil and bring to a boil. Pour over the matzo mixture and stir.
  • Transfer to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and spread evenly. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until brown. Mix every 10 minutes to allow even baking.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool off, then transfer to a container.
