Super Fresh Tomato Burrata Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 1 baguette, cut into 1" slices
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ lemon, squeezed
- 1 pinch salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ red onion, half-moon sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 8 Bush Basil leaves
- 4 ounces burrata cheese
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze for drizzling
INSTRUCTIONS
- Toast the baguette slices in a panini press or in a toaster oven.
- Set up the salad on a large plate in this order: pour the oil, squeeze the lemon, sprinkle salt and pepper, drizzle balsamic glaze and spread the onion. Place the tomato slices on top, add the Bush Basil leaves and place the burrata cheese right in the center.
- Cut the burrata cheese open, grab a slice of toast and dip!
