Fast and Easy Beef Arayes Tortillas

INGREDIENTS
- 6 tortillas
Filling:
- 1 pound/~500 grams ground beef
- ยผ cup parsley, chopped
- ยผ cup mint, chopped
- ยผ cup onion, chopped
- ยฝ teaspoon salt
- ยผ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ยฝ teaspoon Baharat
- 3 tablespoons oil
Basic tahini dip:
- 1 cup raw tahini
- ยพ cup water
- ยฝ lemon, squeezed
- ยฝ teaspoon salt
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed (optional)
- ยฝ bunch parsley, finely chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all the filling ingredients in a bowl.
- Turn on you panini press.
- Add 2 tablespoons of the filling mixture right on the center of each tortilla, then fold in half and press down, lightly.
- Drizzle oil on the bottom of the panini press.
- When the oil is warm, fry the tortillas for 2-3 minutes on each side.
