INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all the filling ingredients in a bowl.
Turn on you panini press.
Add 2 tablespoons of the filling mixture right on the center of each tortilla, then fold in half and press down, lightly.
Drizzle oil on the bottom of the panini press.
When the oil is warm, fry the tortillas for 2-3 minutes on each side.
