INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 355 ℉ (180 ℃).
Mix all the filling ingredients in a bowl.
Spray each muffin cup with oil and place a filo sheet half inside each muffin cup (as shown in the video).
Pour the filling mixture into each cup until it is almost full.
Place two cherry tomato halves on each cup and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the filo turns golden.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle thyme and serve!
