INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 430 F (220 C).
Mix all the chips ingredients in a bowl.
Line up a sheet pan with parchment paper and spread the chips evenly.
Bake them on the upper rack until they brown.
Add the fish, drizzle the oil and sprinkle salt and pepper, then bake on the middle rack for about 20 minutes.
