  • In a wide pot, sauté the onion and garlic until golden, about 10 minutes.
  • Add the tomato paste, stir, and allow the spices to open up their flavors for 2-3 minutes. Add the water and the pasta, cover the pot, and cook for about 10 minutes. Stir well every 5 minutes to prevent sticking. If additional water is needed, add more. The liquids will be reduced, and everything will turn into a fabulous sauce.
