INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the chopped kadaif with the melted butter in a bowl, then divide the amount to 2 equal parts.
Place parchment paper on the bottom side of your panini press.
Take one part of the buttered kadaif, spread it evenly on the parchment paper and the filling on top.
Spread the second part of kadaif over the filling layer, cover with the remaining parchment paper and close the panini press.
In the meantime, bring all the syrup ingredients to a gentle boil in a small and stir continuously.
Open the panini press, remove the top part of the parchment paper and pour over the syrup.
Top with the chopped pistachios and rose leaves and serve 😋
