INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the grated zucchini, breadcrumbs and salt in a bowl. Add the mozzarella and the egg and keep mixing. If there is too much liquid in the mixture, add a handful of breadcrumbs and mix.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the oil. Form little patties and fry them for about 2 minutes on each side, or until they start to brown.
