INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 480 °F (250 °C).
Place the vegetables in the pan and add oil and salt.
Mix lightly and bake for 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are charred.
Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool off for 5 minutes.
Squeeze the garlic cloves out of their peel and chop them along with the rest of the vegetables. Place in a salad bowl.
Add the oil from the pan, mix and taste. You can add more salt to your taste.
