INGREDIENTS
 

  • 2 tomatoes, cut in halves
  • 2 green chili peppers, cut into chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 garlic head
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch kosher salt, or more to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 480 °F (250 °C).
  • Place the vegetables in the pan and add oil and salt.
  • Mix lightly and bake for 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are charred.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool off for 5 minutes.
  • Squeeze the garlic cloves out of their peel and chop them along with the rest of the vegetables. Place in a salad bowl.
  • Add the oil from the pan, mix and taste. You can add more salt to your taste.
