INGREDIENTS
 

  • 1 thick slice of brioche bread, cut into 4 squares
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ½ green chili pepper, thinly sliced
  • ¼ pound raw sushi-grade salmon, thinly sliced
  • A pinch of salt
  • A few dill leaves, chopped
  • ¼ cup olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Fry the brioche squares with some olive oil until crispy and golden.
  • Using a piping bag, spread the cream cheese. Add the chili pepper and place the salmon on top. Sprinkle the dill and salt. Enjoy!
