Set up 3 small bowls, each containing one kind of chocolate with 1 tbsp of oil and melt it in pulses in the microwave.
Set up 3 small bowls for each kind of chocolate. Start by dipping all the blueberry filled raspberries in one of the chocolate bowls, then place them on a tray lined with parchment paper and freeze for 10 minutes. Repeat this process for the 2 other kinds of chocolate until the raspberries are all covered with three layers of chocolate.
