INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk the sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Arrange the chicken thighs in a baking dish, pour the sauce over them, and massage to coat evenly. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Sprinkle thyme over the chicken.
Wet a sheet of parchment paper, place it over the chicken, and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 390°F/200°C for 1½ hours. Remove the cover and continue baking until the chicken is deeply golden and the sauce is sticky. Serve warm.
