INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Strain and save a cup of the cooking water.
In a small bowl, mix the sauce ingredients until well combined (texture should be thick). Heat up a wok over medium, add the oil and fry the garlic for a minute. Add the green beans and saute for 4-5 minutes, until the beans are tender. Add the chili pepper and stir. Pour in the sauce and cooking water and mix until well combined.
Add the noodles and mix with tongs until they are completely covered with the sauce. Drizzle chili sauce to taste and sprinkle scallions, cilantro and peanuts. Enjoy!
