INGREDIENTS
 

  • 7 ounces/200 grams soft butter
  • ¾ cup/175 grams sugar
  • 1 tablespoon/10 grams vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon/10 grams baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • ¾ cup/180 milliliters orange juice
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 4 cups/560 grams flour
  • ½ jar/200 grams Nutella spread
  • 1 pinch coarse salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together except for the flour and Nutella, then knead lightly and quickly.
  • Add the flour one cup at a time and keep kneading until the texture is soft. If the dough is sticky, add a little flour.
  • Let the dough rest in the fridge for at least two hours (don’t skip this step!)
  • Preheat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  • Prepare the dough as shown in the video.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until golden.
  • Let cool off on the counter top, sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve.
