In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together except for the flour and Nutella, then knead lightly and quickly.
Add the flour one cup at a time and keep kneading until the texture is soft. If the dough is sticky, add a little flour.
Let the dough rest in the fridge for at least two hours (don’t skip this step!)
Preheat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
Prepare the dough as shown in the video.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until golden.
Let cool off on the counter top, sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve.
