INGREDIENTS
 

  • 4 (4–6 ounce) salmon fillets/450–680 grams
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Cilantro lime sauce:

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ teaspoon red chili flakes
  • Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Line a sheet pan with parchment if desired.
  • Whisk olive oil, cilantro, lime juice, honey, garlic, red chili flakes, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl until emulsified. Set aside.
  • Arrange the salmon fillets on the sheet pan. Sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, then drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  • Roast until the salmon is just opaque and flakes easily with a fork, 8 to 10 minutes depending on thickness.
  • Transfer to plates and spoon the cilantro-lime sauce over the top. Serve immediately.
