Arrange the salmon fillets on the sheet pan. Sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, then drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Roast until the salmon is just opaque and flakes easily with a fork, 8 to 10 minutes depending on thickness.
Transfer to plates and spoon the cilantro-lime sauce over the top. Serve immediately.
