In a small bowl, mix together the tomato paste, paprika, chicken bouillon, salt, pizza seasoning, sugar, and water.
Spread the sauce evenly over the puff pastry. Sprinkle with sliced olives and mozzarella cheese. Use a pizza cutter into 2” (5 cm) strips and roll up each strip into a spiral. Use a glass to press down on each pizza bourek to flatten slightly. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake at 365°F (185°C) until golden brown.
