  • In a small bowl, mix together the tomato paste, paprika, chicken bouillon, salt, pizza seasoning, sugar, and water.
  • Spread the sauce evenly over the puff pastry. Sprinkle with sliced olives and mozzarella cheese. Use a pizza cutter into 2” (5 cm) strips and roll up each strip into a spiral. Use a glass to press down on each pizza bourek to flatten slightly. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake at 365°F (185°C) until golden brown.
