For the filling, place the butter in a skillet and melt it. Add the kadaif noodles and stir until they turn golden brown. In a bowl, combine the pistachio spread and the toasted kadaif. Mix well until fully combined and set aside.
For the chocolate, optionally temper the chocolate for a more professional finish if you know how and prefer this method.
For a simpler method, melt the chocolate in the microwave in short bursts of 10-15 seconds each. Pour the melted chocolate into a suitable chocolate mold. Tap the mold slightly to ensure the chocolate fills all the crevices. Turn the mold upside down to remove excess chocolate. Use a spatula to level and clean the mold.
Place the mold in the freezer for 10 minutes. Remove the mold from the freezer and fill it with the pistachio and kadaif mixture, leveling it with a spatula. Drizzle more melted chocolate on top, remove any excess with a spatula, and return the mold to the freezer until the chocolate hardens. Carefully remove the chocolates from the mold.
