  • For the filling, place the butter in a skillet and melt it. Add the kadaif noodles and stir until they turn golden brown. In a bowl, combine the pistachio spread and the toasted kadaif. Mix well until fully combined and set aside.
  • For the chocolate, optionally temper the chocolate for a more professional finish if you know how and prefer this method.
  • For a simpler method, melt the chocolate in the microwave in short bursts of 10-15 seconds each. Pour the melted chocolate into a suitable chocolate mold. Tap the mold slightly to ensure the chocolate fills all the crevices. Turn the mold upside down to remove excess chocolate. Use a spatula to level and clean the mold.
  • Place the mold in the freezer for 10 minutes. Remove the mold from the freezer and fill it with the pistachio and kadaif mixture, leveling it with a spatula. Drizzle more melted chocolate on top, remove any excess with a spatula, and return the mold to the freezer until the chocolate hardens. Carefully remove the chocolates from the mold.
