INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the oven at 390 F (200 C).
  • Mix the panko crumbs with the parmesan and salt in a flat bowl. Then place the flour in a separate bowl.
  • Dip the asparagus spears in flour, eggs and then cover in panko mixture.
  • Place parchment paper on a sheet pan, spray with oil and place the breaded asparagus. Keep them relatively spaced out. Spray a little more oil on top and bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.
