INGREDIENTS
 

Dough:

  • 1 cup/120 grams all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup/240 grams plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Toppings:

  • ½ cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 cup/115 grams mozzarella, shredded
  • ½ cup olives, sliced onions, or vegetables of choice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat the oven to 400°F/200°C.
  • Stir together the flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Add the yogurt and mix until a rough dough forms, then knead briefly in the bowl until smooth. If the dough is sticky, dust lightly with additional flour.
  • Lightly oil a 9- to 10-inch skillet and press the dough into an even layer. For a thinner crust, roll it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake until the dough is set but not yet browned, about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, spread with sauce, and top with cheese and desired toppings.
  • Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden at the edges, 12 to 15 minutes. Let rest briefly before slicing and serving.
