INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 430 F (220 C).
Place the cabbage wedges on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl and brush the wedges on all sides. until the cabbage is golden and charred on the sides
Remove from the oven and start adding the toppings: tahini sauce, lemon, pistachios, walnuts, cilantro, date syrup and olive oil.
