INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a small bowl, mix the cherries with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  • Place the cherries on a serving plate, and drizzle olive oil. Add the chili pepper and basil. Break the burrata in half and place it on top of the salad. Drizzle some more olive oil and sprinkle salt, pepper, chili pepper and basil on the burrata. Serve with toasted bread.
