INGREDIENTS
 

  • 4 little brioche slices
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • small green chili pepper, thinly sliced
  • 12 ½" slices raw horse mackerel, or your favorite fish!
  • 1 pinch coarse salt
  • 8 fresh oregano leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat up a small frying pan with the olive oil, and fry the bread squares on both sides.
  • Arrange the crostini on a plate. Spread 1 teaspoon of cream cheese on each piece, place the pepper slices and fish slices on top and garnish with the oregano leaves. Enjoy!
